Write to ilter6282@gmail.com. One person reads this address and replies, usually within two working days.
It helps if you include your device, the app version (Profile › bottom of the screen), and — for a product problem — the barcode.
Open the product and use Report an error. Corrections are reviewed and, once accepted, everyone sees them. If the ingredient list on the package differs from what the app shows, the package is right — recipes change without the barcode changing, and telling us is the fastest way to fix it for the next person.
Open the place and use the report action. If the kitchen is not careful about cross-contact, record that as a negative verification with a short note — that is more useful to the next person than a deleted entry.
Every user note, recipe and photo has a report action, and every author can be blocked from the same menu. Blocked authors disappear from your view immediately. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
If you paid and Pro did not activate, open Profile › Restore purchases first — that resolves it in almost every case. Refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google, not by us:
Profile › Delete account, or see the full instructions.
Because we cannot know. GlutenGuide tells you what was found and what was not found in the information available, and says "unknown" when the information is missing. Labelling law also differs by country — in the United States only wheat must be declared, while EU rules require all six gluten grains in the ingredient list. The app tells you which rule it applied. Always read the physical label.
